Numonix, a provider of interaction recording solutions for unified communications platforms, has expanded the compliance and business features for its IXCloud for Microsoft Teams fully managed cloud compliance recording service.
IXCloud's new features deliver expanded automation, control, and customization to help ensure compliance and reduce liability while improving convenience, flexibility, and ease of use.
The new features include the following:
- External participant recording for Teams meetings, triggered dynamically based on the presence of external parties or PSTNs in attendance.
- Record on demand using a native Teams app.
- Muting for compliance with regulations around the handling of sensitive information.
- Recording Profiles, with the ability to apply customized recording rules to various groups within the organization.
- Record or Restrict Recording of Specific Meetings, with recording activation linked to the meeting organizer and/or subject-line keyword. Meeting categories can also be used to activate recording.
- The ability to dynamically control recording notifications by group.
