Zendesk has enhanced its artificial intelligence-powered Answer Bot by adding 11 languages.
The new languages are Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Romanian, Russian, and Thai. The Answer Bot platform already supported English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Dutch.
Answer Bot works right alongside customer support teams, using machine learning to help answer customers' questions with content from the Zendesk Guide knowledge base.
Zendesk has also programmed Answer Bot to understand more jargon, such as "plz" instead of please, and uncommon vocabulary so customers can get resolutions instantly. This will help Answer Bot understand unique names and phrases that are not part of the typical language.
