Interactive Northwest, Inc. (INI), a contact center solutions developer and integrator, today announced that INI FormStudio is compliant with key Avaya IX Contact Center solutions.
INI FormStudio enables contact center administrators to create, edit, and deploy interactive visual and voice forms. It simplifies data collection and transcription and provides respondents with a natural interface for completing post-call surveys, product requests, and other form-based information. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IX Contact Center component Avaya Aura Experience Portal 7.2.2.
INI is a technology partner in the Avaya DevConnect program. As a technology partner, INI can submit products to Avaya for compliance testing.
