Aspect's Via Is Certified for PCI Compliance

Aspect Software, a provider of customer engagement, workforce management, and self-service solutions, has achieved PCI Level 1 certification for Aspect Via and is on track to receive PCI Level 2 clearance in North America and is on track to secure PCI Level 2 and PCI Level 1 certification in Australia and the European Union.

Aspect Via, deployed through Amazon Web Services (AWS), is Aspect's Customer Engagement Platform in the cloud with native interaction management, workforce optimization, self-service capabilities, shared reporting, and a single interface with a persona for agents, team leads, managers, and administrators.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
