VoiceFoundry, a provider of cloud-based contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) and an authorized Amazon Connect reseller partner, has achieved the AWS Service Delivery designation for Amazon Connect.
The Amazon Connect Service Delivery designation recognizes VoiceFoundry as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that has demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success in designing and deploying solutions for Amazon Connect.

VoiceFoundry is among the first APN Partners to provide design, integration, and implementation services to support customers using Amazon Connect and was a launch partner when Amazon Connect was introduced in March 2017.
