USAN has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Service Delivery Partner designation for Amazon Connect, recognizing that USAN improves customer experience and outcomes by identifying customer pain-points and designing a solution based on Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
To receive the Amazon Connect Service Delivery designation, Amazon partners must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.

As part of its professional services practice, USAN offers a Jumpstart program that delivers an Amazon Connect proof of concept in less than two weeks, as well as implementation and systems integration services. USAN experts help customers with complex IVR builds, skills-based routing logic, and Amazon Lex chatbot development, among other offerings. These services compliment the USAN Contact Suite, consisting of pre-packaged solutions that extend the power of Amazon Connect. Applications include a workflow-driven agent desktop and outbound dialer functionality that work seamlessly with Amazon Connect and the larger AWS ecosystem.
