Cloud communications solution providers NUSO and Telestax have partnered to bring communications platform as a service (CPaaS) and complex call management logic to NUSO's partners worldwide.
Through the partnership, Telestax will help NUSO offer full CPaaS capabilities such as programmable SMS and voice.
Telestax turnkey applications, like Smart 2FA and Message Exchange, allow businesses to set up and begin offering these new services in hours not days.
As part of the Telestax service provider ecosystem, NUSO can immediately capitalize on support and partner tools like the Telestax CPaaS Playbook. The Telestax Restcomm platform also includes a visual designer for creating custom-design call flows and interactive voice response decision trees through a graphical web-based interface.
