Serenova, a cloud-based contact center and workforce optimization (WFO) solutions provider, is partnering with Fuze, a cloud-based unified communications (UCaaS) provider, to offer an end-to-end, cloud-based communication solution.
Together, Serenova and Fuze will enable the following:
- Communication capabilities and services;
- Company-wide, media-independent, and real-time collaboration, regardless of device or location; and
- Enterprise-grade cloud PBX and collaboration solutions.
