OpenMethods, a provider of omnichannel and computer-telephony integration solutions, today announced a partnership with Five9, a provider of cloud software for the enterprise contact center market.
The partnership will start with OpenMethods releasing PopFlow Studio for Five9's Cloud Contact Center and Oracle Service Cloud. This PopFlow release will enable contact centers using Five9 and Oracle Service Cloud to automate workflows, personalize customer experiences, and reduce average call handle time by more than 30 seconds. OpenMethods will now offer Five9 customers a free, 30-day trial of PopFlow Studio. Later this year, OpenMethods will release the Harmony multimedia bar for Five9's Cloud Contact Center and Oracle Service Cloud.

"We are excited about our partnership with Five9 to deliver customers a best-in-class solution leveraging their innovative cloud contact center software with our PopFlow and Harmony products to create a seamless integration with Oracle Service Cloud," said Gerrit Lydecker Jr., CEO of OpenMethods, in a statement. "Our joint customers and prospects are seeing the value in accelerating and enhancing their roadmaps to improve their customer experience and satisfaction, while also driving an impressive ROI to help pay for other initiatives."
