Magentrix Offers Customer Portals in the SAP Store

Magentrix has made its Magentrix Customer Portals available on SAP Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings.

Magentrix customer portals integrate with SAP Service Cloud to give customers 24-hour access to information and documents. They offer features that include the following:

  • Knowledge base;
  • Training and certification;
  • Ideas exchange;
  • Case management (ticket integration);
  • Rewards and gamification; and
  • Forums and wikis.
