Avaya, a communications and collaboration solutions provider, has worked with Microsoft to create cloud communications solutions for customer and employee experience.
The joint solutions include Avaya's OneCloud CPaaS (communications platform as a service) integrated with voice, video, chat and SMS capabilities of Microsoft Azure Communication Services.
Additionally, Avaya and Microsoft have strengthened the integration of Avaya OneCloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
