Nava A. Shaked
Dr. Nava Shaked is founder and CEO of Brit Business Technology (BBT) and is an expert in voice applications, natural language processing, artificial intelligence languages, computational linguistics, and call center optimization. Prior to establishing BBT, she managed the CC and CRM divisions at IBM and has been involved in leading major projects in Israel and the U.S. for more than 20 years. Shaked is also a member of AVIOS (the Applied Voice Input/Output Society) and has established and is chairing the AVIOS Israeli local chapter. She can be reached at nava@business-tech.co.il.
