Mark Daoust

As chief customer officer for enterprise solutions at EngageSmart, Mark Daoust oversees implementations, onboarding, pricing, settlement operations, client services, and customer success across EngageSmart's Enterprise solutions, including InvoiceCloud, HealthPay24, and DonorDrive. Daoust has more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise technology space. He spent nearly 15 years at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, where he held a variety of leadership positions, including as vice president of operations and services. Following, he served as chief customer success officer at Quickbase, where he built a new customer success function from the ground up to serve more than 6,000 customers. Daoust earned his bachelor's degree in commerce from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
