Zultys Mobile iPhone Version 4.0 Includes Visual Voicemail for Contact Center Agents

Zultys, a provider of unified communications solutions announced the release of Zultys Mobile Communicator for iPhone version 4.0. With Zultys Mobile 4.0, Zultys is adding capabilities to its feature list for mobile devices. iPhone users can now access contact center and Visual Voice Mail functionality from their mobile devices. The new version of the application is available on the Apple App store to download immediately.

Zultys Mobile 4.0 also provides iPhone users with full access to their voice mailbox. The Visual Voice Mail feature makes it easy to sort through and listen to incoming messages for both the user's personal extension and for contact center extensions for agents. Incoming messages can be saved, deleted or forwarded on to another employee along with a personalized pre-amble message.

Contact center agents are no longer restricted to working at their desk in order to make or receive contact center calls, and with Zultys Mobile 4.0, an agent can pick up a customer support call on their iPhone device from anywhere, anytime. The conventional office environment is no longer required to accommodate contact centers, as all the agents can access the same features from their mobile devices.
