Zappix Partners with Swampfox

Zappix, a multichannel smartphone solution and Visual IVR provider, announced today a go-to-market partnership with Swampfox, an integrator for Avaya Aura Experience Portal. The partnership will allow customers to benefit from deep integration of Zappix's VIVR (Visual Integrated Voice Response) with Avaya call center capabilities.

With this new partnership, Swampfox brings deep expertise developing user experiences in contact center and unified communications environments. Its expertise in Avaya Aura Experience Portal, Orchestration Designer, and Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES) provides Zappix customers with a custom integration of Zappix Visual IVR with their existing Avaya infrastructure. Customers can leverage Zappix's integrated analytics and gain insight and analyze massive volumes of data.
