VirtualPBX Adds Call Recording and Conferencing



VirtualPBX announced today that Conferencing and Call Recording features, formerly plan add-ons, are now included at no extra charge for all current and future Dash Business Phone Plan customers.

Both Conferencing and Call Recording can be personalized in minutes in the Dash online portal. Existing Dash users will notice these new features in their system today and new customers will find them upon first login.

With Call Recording, organizations can allow only inbound or outbound calls to be recorded or allow only certain departments to record calls. The Call Recording Manager lets users listen to and manage call recordings from one place with an included storage allotment of 1 gigabyte. Additional storage through the Call Recording Manager is $4.99 per gigabyte per month. Users can also integrate outside data storage services.
