Verint, Unify Expand Partnership to Deliver WFO Solutions for Global Contact Centers



Verint announced that it has formed a global strategic partnership with Unify, an enterprise communications software and services firm. The relationship extends the reach and availability of Verint Workforce Optimization (WFO) solutions into enterprise contact centers, or customer engagement centers, on a global basis.

In January 2014, Unify announced its selection of Verint as a global strategic alliance partner. Since formalizing their partnership in August 2014, the organizations have focused on joint go-to-market strategies that leverage Unify’s presence in the enterprise and Verint’s position in the WFO market. Through the partnership, Unify resells Verint’s WFO solutions, making the technology even more widely available worldwide. Additionally, Verint will work closely with Unify to co-develop strategic features designed to help Unify contact center customers reach their full potential.

Delivering high-value packaged services, both directly and through partners, Unify offers customers such capabilities as IP voice, web collaboration, video conferencing, mobility and contact center solutions to maximize existing infrastructures, business processes and productivity. Unify leverages solutions that work across virtually any communications channel and device—desk phone, smartphone, tablet, desktop or laptop.
