Unymira Launches New Versions of Knowledge Center and Knowledge Bot

Unymira has released Knowledge Center 7.0, which includes a range of design and usability improvements, channel management features, analytics, and new possibilities, like integrating voice assistants such as Alexa as new customer service channels.

Additionally, Unymira released Knowledge Bot 20, an intelligent chatbot for customer service, with improved dialogue management, optimized search functionality and a better user interface. Knowledge Bot can be integrated directly on a website, or as a widget in Unymira's KFirst and Smart Link products. Knowledge Bot can be built and used productively in just 20 minutes.
