Uniphore Acquires Colabo

Uniphore, a provider of conversational automation, has acquired Colabo, providers of an artificial intelligence-powered knowledge solutionfor extracting and using information from structured and unstructured documents in real time. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With Colabo's solution integrated into Uniphore's conversational automation platform, enterprises will be able to leverage AI to extract knowledge entities and graphs from structured and unstructured data to help ensure the most relevant content and next-best actions are delivered to intelligent virtual assistants and live agents.
