New York-based Ubiquity Global Services, a multinational business process outsourcer, is opening a 300-seat contact center in Hanover Township, Pa.
The 30,000-square-foot facility brings Ubiquity's total servicing locations to eight worldwide and offers the capacity to create more than 400 jobs in northern Pennsylvania over the next several years. It is Ubiquity's second domestic center as the company works to meet the growing demand for onshore services.
The new facility will service Customers Bank.
Ubiquity, which specializes in customer care and compliance solutions for the financial services, healthcare, and digital commerce sectors, achieved nearly 30 percent revenue growth in 2018.
