Talkdesk Offers Fonolo Call-Back Solutions

Fonolo is now offering its cloud-based call-back solutions to a growing network of Talkdesk-powered contact centers and is coming soon to AppConnect, Talkdesk's enterprise app store.

Fonolo's cloud-based call-backs are now available to all Talkdesk customers and, starting soon, Talkdesk admins can integrate Fonolo's capabilities into their contact center stack with just a single click.
