Talkdesk Launches AssistHub in AppConnect

Talkdesk, a provider of cloud-based contact center software, has launched AssistHub powered by Bit6 on AppConnect. Talkdesk customers can now integrate AssistHub's personal conversational customer experience technology into their existing call center stack with just one click. Like all AppConnect tools, AssistHub will be available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.

AssistHub for Talkdesk enables communication between customers and businesses via live chat, SMS, and app messaging. It also allows for texting, image, video, and file exchange, contextual messaging, escalation to Talkdesk voice, and interactive conversations. Agents handle all the conversations from one place - the familiar support desk. The tickets can be answered in real time or asynchronously.

Customers can contact businesses using messaging app, live chat online, SMS, or email. AssistHub intelligently routes each conversation to agents through existing contact center interfaces. Managers can leverage metrics and management capabilities to track resolution times and customer satisfaction rates.
