Private investment firm Skyview Capital has acquired King TeleServices, a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based provider of contact center services to business and government clients, from AST Financial. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Skyview will add the King TeleServices operations to its Continuum Global Solutions unit. Continuum Global Solutions currently employs more than 15,000 people in 15 countries following its acquisition of some customer care assets from Conduent.
King TeleServices employs more than 300 contact center agents servicing corporate clients like Publishers' Clearing House and government clients like New York's NYC311.
