ShoreTel, a provider of communication solutions, has launched ShoreTel Connect CLOUD and ShoreTel Connect Contact Center for CLOUD in the United Kingdom. ShoreTel can now provide unified communications ready-made as-a-service for voice, video, mobile, conferencing, messaging and contact center communication services.
These new UC cloud services are sold through ShoreTel cloud partners who can also offer a range of professional services. This launch follows the successful introduction of cloud-based solutions as a partner managed service in the UK in 2015. ShoreTel Connect CLOUD has been available to U.S. customers for 15 months.
