Serenova Partners with Telarus

Serenova, a contact center-as-a-service (CCaaS) and workforce optimization (WFO) provider, today announced a strategic partnership with Telarus, a master agent of business data, voice, mobility, cybersecurity, and contact center services.

Serenova has named Telarus a master-agent partner as a member of its expanding Channel Partner program.
