Quovim C3 Becomes a Genesys Gold Partner

Quovim C3, a provider of contact center and unified communications solutions and consulting services, has earned Gold Partner status, the highest echelon within the Genesys Partner Network.

A Genesys partner since 2008, Quovim C3 licenses, implements, and supports Genesys PureConnect and PureCloud solutions. In addition, Quovim C3 provides value-added Genesys PureConnect add-on solutions through its QC3 iNFiNiTi solutions suite.

Genesys partners are evaluated on a number of criteriam including partner key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure each partner's effectiveness in four principal areas: quality assessment, closure assessment, training assessment, and closed case management.
