PlanetOne, a connectivity partner for the IT and telecom industry, has joined 8x8's strategic channel partner program.

The new alliance expands 8x8's ecosystem of master agents and helps PlanetOne's U.S. agents move global mid-market and enterprise communication to the cloud.

At the heart of the partnership is 8x8's X Series, which enables organizations to differentiate their customer experience by connecting customers to the most relevant employee on any channel, personalizing customer engagements with context-rich insights, and optimizing smart customer outcomes in response to business-critical signals in real time with one cloud platform built for enterprise-wide collaboration and advanced employee-customer interaction analytics capabilities.

With 8x8 X Series, PlanetOne's agents will transform a company's employee and customer experience with one system of engagement and one system of intelligence on one cloud communications platform.
