PingPilot Joins Twilio Build Partner Program

PingPilot has partnered with cloud communications platform provider Twilio as a member of Twilio Build. Launched in June, Twilio Build delivers go-to-market support, certification, and training programs and a dedicated team to support partner organizations as they create the future of customer communication solutions.

With Twilio Build, PingPilot will design and expand its unified communications platform to further develop defining features that leverage the newest integrations with Twilio.

"PingPilot allows businesses to connect with customers in their preferred channel across all marketing, sales, and support touchpoints," said Ross Eberhart, global vice president of partners at Twilio, in a statemednt. "We are thrilled to have PingPilot join Twilio Build and further enable SMBs to build excellent customer experiences."

"The partnership immediately expands the capabilities of PingPilot's product line and gets us early access to the latest Twilio products, like Proxy and Understand, which helps us shape our roadmap and stay ahead of the market," said Tom Koby, chief product officer at PingPilot, in a statement.

Through the Twilio Build partner program, PingPilot will have access to the following:

  • Support for new partner models;
  • New Twilio Build Certification Program - focused training and certification for PingPilot developers;
  • New Twilio Build Marketplace - a special listing showcasing PingPilot as one of Twilio's partners; and
  • New Technology Early Access Program - early access to Twilio's product roadmap, as well as its emerging products and future innovation.

"Being able to deliver an out-of-the-box Twilio solution is a tremendous opportunity for SMBs and enterprises to move faster with the needs of their businesses," said Chris Buehler, CEO of PingPilot, in a statement. "PingPilot Signals, powered by Twilio, will enable you to build an omnichannel contact center in a matter of seconds."
