Business software provider PartnerOne has acquired 3CLogic, a voice artificial intelligence and customer experience platform provider. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings 3CLogic's advanced conversational AI, intelligent automation, contact center-as-a-service, and communications platform-as-a-service infrastructure into PartnerOne's portfolio of software companies.
