Opinionmeter Expands Features to DIY Customer Feedback Platform

Opinionmeter International has introduced advanced branching and piping functionality to its DIY customer feedback platform, SurveyManager.

Following its author-once, distribute-anywhere approach, all Opinionmeter survey modalities support the new advanced features, including the mobile survey TouchPoint Mobile. Opinionmeter enables clients to capture spontaneous, voice of the customer feedback at the point-of-experience. Advanced branching and piping features are implemented when customer surveys are authored within the hosted SurveyManager.

Being a mixed-mode, cross-platform system, users can create one survey and deploy it across all channels and devices delivering the same functionality across all platforms with device independence. Responses are automatically segmented whether coming from the Web offline survey apps. The DIY SurveyManager provides step-by-step survey design wizards, including survey libraries and live support.
