Omniquo Announces AppConnect Partnership With Talkdesk

Omniquo, a provider of conversational artificial intelligence products, has joined Talkdesk's AppConnect, an enterprise store for contact center apps, including voice analytics, business intelligence, workforce management, quality assurance, and more.

With this collaboration, Talkdesk admins can integrate Omniquo's conversational artificial intelligence capabilities into their contact center stack with just a single click. Like all AppConnect tools, Omniquo's flagship conversation agent, Gofer, will be available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.
