LogMeIn Releases Revamped BoldChat

LogMeIn has unveiled a new release of BoldChat, its live chat and multichannel customer engagement offering, that aims to help businesses more effectively engage the rapidly growing number of mobile customers and visitors.  

The live chat solution offers mobile optimized proactive chat capabilities, and the new release builds on LogMeIn's portfolio of mobile customer engagement offerings, and also introduces simple ways to extend the benefits of chat-based interactions to mobile Web efforts. Using the solution, businesses can more effectively engage customers and prospective customers directly on their mobile devices, while extending the conversion and customer service benefits commonly associated with chat across the fastest growing online channel. 

The new mobile capabilities in BoldChat are designed to help business address this growing need, as well as the different expectations, user experience needs, and behaviors of mobile Web visitors. With the new capabilities, site owners can:
