LiveOps for Zendesk Is Available in the Zendesk Marketplace

LiveOps has launched LiveOps for Zendesk, now available in the Zendesk Apps Marketplace.

LiveOps for Zendesk combines LiveOps' telephony capabilities with Zendesk's cloud-based customer service software platform. The app features a variety of call management tools, including intelligent skills-based inbound call routing; quick creation of call flow checklists; call-back capabilities for dropped calls; call transfer and conference capabilities; ongoing activity alerts; and dashboards for easy tracking. Calls can be recorded and agent performance monitored through comprehensive reporting.

Armed with only a headset, users can take and make calls from anywhere with a secure, reliable Internet connection. There’s no software to download or install and no additional contact center hardware required. Calls can be delivered to any dial-able number globally via landlines, mobile numbers, PBX handsets and soft phones. LiveOps can also deliver calls directly to a PC using a WebRTC-enabled browser running Zendesk, removing the need for traditional business phone systems (PBX).
