Journey Signs CCT Solutions as a Reseller

CCT Solutions, a software provider and system integrator for contact center solutions, and Journey, a digital identity company, have signed a reseller agreement that will allow CCT to integrate Journey's verification and authentication solution into its ContactPro omnichannel suite and market it as the Identity module.

Last month, Journey launched its Trusted Identity Platform for verifying customer identity using a Zero Knowledge network-based approach that solves for privacy, security, and customer experience simultaneously. The new platform builds on an ecosystem of partners in identity and payment, document verification, and multifactor biometrics. The patent-pending Zero Knowledge network architecture individually encrypts customer information, verifying information but never actually showing personal data to agents.
