Intradiem Partners with Thrive Global for Contact Center Agent Wellness

Intradiem, a provider of contact center automation solutions, has partnered with Thrive Global to deliver stress-releasing wellness Reset sessions to contact center agents in real time.

Intradiem's Burnout and Attrition Indicator can identify contact center agents at risk of burnout and intervene.
