Intelisys, a distributor of telecommunications network and cloud services, is adding Bright Pattern Contact Center to its portfolio to help customers with digital transformation, omnichannel conversations, omnichannel quality management, and artificial intelligence implementation.

Bright Pattern functionality includes omnichannel capabilities, quality assurance, agent assistance, conversational interactive voice response and bots on phone and digital channels, and personalization using CRM data.
