IPsoft's Amelia Available in Microsoft's Azure Marketplace

IPsoft has joined the Microsoft Partner Network and made Amelia, its digital employee, available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Azure, Microsoft's cloud platform.

Becoming part of the Microsoft Partner Network, which helps customers around the world identify solutions that are certified, trusted and optimized to run on Microsoft Azure, is another great demonstration of IPsoft's dedication to making Amelia the leading conversational AI solution for the enterprise," said Scott Kohn, chief channel officer at IPsoft, in a statement.

Amelia also integrates with Microsoft Teams and Skype connects with back-office applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics365.
