IMCap Partners Acquires Attensity Europe

Attensity Europe, a provider of customer interaction management technology, is breaking away from its U.S. parent company, Attensity Group, thanks to investment from a consortium led by IMCap Partners and will now become an independent company.

The company will focus on omnichannel customer service. Attensity Europe's core product is the Respond multilingual and omnichannel response management software. Respond enables usersto increase productivity by processing written customer requests via email, social media, and other sources and ensures continuous transparency over the service level, volume, and structure of the requests.
