"5CA chose to partner with Helpshift because they make it easy to deliver quality conversational support," said Peter Gerson, vice president of sales and business development at 5CA, in a statement. "Helpshift's messaging-first approach and focus on AI and automation capabilities really help drive efficiency without compromising the quality of the customer experience. "From the very beginning, we loved the unique value proposition Helpshift offers customers," said Edmund Ovington, vice president of global alliances at Unbabel, in a statement. "We had some things in common, including the gaming and retail verticals and the shift toward messaging in customer service. We knew Helpshift was the right partner for us, and we are excited to join forces."
