Gridspace, a provider of voice technology and artificial intelligence software, has completed a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 examination in the Security (Type 1) category for Gridspace Grace, its virtual agent and authoring platform.
The SOC 2 assessment affirms that Gridspace Grace, a voice bot, meets SOC 2 standards for security, availability and confidentiality with regard to sensitive customer data.
