Five9 Joins ServiceNow Partner Program



Cloud contact center solutions provider Five9 has joined ServiceNow's partner ecosystem, making its applications available in the ServiceNow Store, to take advantage of new market opportunities.

The ServiceNow Store now features 260 applications from more than 150 partners.

"The ease and flexibility of the ServiceNow platform allows us to bring a highly functional, integrated call center solution quickly to our joint customers," said Mike Burkland, CEO of Five9, in a statement. "Our app enables call center agents to be more effective by linking the benefits of ServiceNow to our cloud-enabled call center's intelligent routing, increasing agents' time with live prospects and putting customer information at their fingertips."
