Evolve IP has acquired Advanced Integrated Technologies, (AiTech), a cloud communications provider, for an undisclosed amount. The strategic purchase is part of Evolve IP's market development strategy and provides it a significant base of clients in the Midwest, along with the ability to provide those customers with cloud computing, contact center, and identity and access management services.
AiTech provides unified communications, IP phone systems, and data solutions leveraging Broadsoft's unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) platform. With the acquisition, AiTech clients will gain access to Evolve IP's OSSmosis cloud management portal and Clearlogin identity and access management authentication service. Additionally, AiTech clients can now adopt the Evolve Contact Suite, Evolve IP's omnichannel contact center.
Another unique element of the acquisition is Evolve IP's ability to integrate and customize a wide range of cloud computing solutions, including disaster recovery as a service, desktop as a service, Microsoft's Office 365, master data management, remote monitoring and management, IT as a service, and infrastructuure as a service, for AITech's customers.
