Enghouse Systems Acquires SaaS Provider VoicePort

Enghouse Systems has acquired the business assets of VoicePort, a provider of cloud-based automated customer service solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

VoicePort products include inbound and outbound interactive voice response systems, chatbots, and full web chat capability. 

"VoicePort offers a customer self-service solution uniquely designed for the media industry," said Steve Sadler, chairman and CEO of Enghouse, in a statement. "We will combine the VoicePort solution with Enghouse's [contact center-as-a-service] product to offer a more comprehensive and integrated solution to this sector. We are very pleased to welcome VoicePort's customers, employees and partners to Enghouse."
