Dizzion Joins NICE inContact DEVone Program

Dizzion, a virtual desktop and cloud solutions provider, has joined the NICE inContact DEVone development program and provides virtual desktops on CXexchange, a marketplace of products that integrate with NICE inContact's CXone cloud customer experience platform.

Through this partnership, NICE inContact customers will gain the following:

  • Application and data access for remote agents and bring-your-own-device programs;
  • Enhanced security by keeping sensitive data off vulnerable endpoints; and
  • Scaling to meet seasonal demand.

Dizzion's cloud desktops are ideal for contact centers, remote working environments, distributed workforces, and organizations with stringent security and compliance requirements.
