Mobius Vendor Partners has added mobile device detection to its CustomerCount online enterprise customer feedback management system which can be accessed on desktops as well.
The solution collects and measures customer feedback through branded, customized surveys formulated to measure the quality of the entire customer experience. Previously focused on the hospitality industry, CustomerCount is now available for all business sectors.
“Twelve percent of people responding to our surveys do so on a device other than a desktop,” said Bob Kobek, president, Mobius Vendor Partners, in a statement. “With the new upgrade, we will increase response rates by 5 percent-plus.”
