CrowdCare, provider of a multichannel enterprise bot, has added support for Spanish to its Wysdom solution, which was already available in English and French. Additional languages are on the way, the company says.
"This represents a huge leap forward for the emerging bot industry," said Ian Collins, CEO of CrowdCare, in a statement. "There is so much hype around the deployment of bots, but there are only a handful of bots out there that are actually in production taking millions of real customer questions and satisfying those customers in multiple languages."
CrowdCare's centralized multichannel bot serves multiple mobile apps, including social, voice, chat, and web channels.
