ConvergeOne, a provider of data and communications solutions, has given AVST Elite status in the ConvergeOne Partner Program and named Swampfox Technologies a Preferred Partner and granted CSI entry into the program at the Select level.
ConvergeOne offers end-to-end technology solutions and a full portfolio of project management, professional, and managed services. AVST, which has been a ConvergeOne collaborator for two years and was previously a Preferred Partner, provides interoperable, software-based unified communications (UC) solutions. Swampfox Technologies provides speech and mobile contact center applications, and CSI provides call recording, call monitoring, and workforce optimization (WFO) solutions for the contact center.
