Connectel Launches AI Solution for More Human Customer Dialogues

Swedish contact center technology company Connectel is launching a new version of its artificial intelligence-based voice solution for businesses with high call volume.

The new version of Connectel's voice bot features improved language understanding and adaptive dialogue management.

"Automation in customer service should not feel like talking to a machine. It should be seamless, agile and give the customer what they need quickly and easily," said Robin Leijon, CEO of Connectel, in a statement.

Connectel's solution is already used in transport and taxis, but the technology has now been adapted to meet similar needs in industries such as retail, government, and financial services.
