Connect First Launches Reporting Studio



Connect First has launched Reporting Studio, a reporting tool that enables users to measure and monitor contact center performance, gain operational insights, and improve key performance indicators.

The features in Reporting Studio include the following:

  • Customizable reports and dashboards;
  • Customizable standard reports;
  • Historical data;
  • Near real-time data;
  • Mobile capabilities;
  • Service-level agreement adherence; and
  • Ad hoc reports.

To accompany the product launch, the cloud-based contact center software company also announced unlimited data storage to provide customers additional protection and business opportunity. The company now stores all data for the lifetime of the customer.
