Clarabridge Revamps Customer Experience Application

Clarabridge has released Clarabridge 6.1, a customer experience marketing application that features enhanced solutions.

Clarabridge 6.1 combines Clarabridge Collaborate and Clarabridge Engage solutions into one application, Clarabridge Act. The offering lets users collaborate and share reports with other team members and allows them to engage directly with customers. The solution is available in a new mobile app, Clarabridge Go, which is available for download in the iTunes store and Google Play.

Clarabridge 6.1 features include:

  • Contentful Insight Detection: Clarabridge continues to make enhancements to its social intelligence by filtering out ads, articles and coupons removing up to 80 percent of noise from social feedback. Users have the ability to choose whether they want to keep them for later analysis or permanently remove them.
  • Enhanced Sentiment Tuning: For customers looking to drive sentiment accuracy, Clarabridge has released new capabilities in its Sentiment Manager. Sentiment can now be tuned by sources, product, question or linguistic concepts.
  • Out-of-the-box Connectors: OpinionLab and Lithium are now available in the Clarabridge Connector Library. Users have the ability to integrate content directly from within Clarabridge for complete system integration in seconds.
